Counter Notification โ€“ Restoration of Material

If you have received a notice regarding the removal of material due to a copyright infringement claim, you can submit a counter notification to seek restoration of the material in question. This counter notification must be provided in writing to our DMCA Agent and must include the following elements as per 17 USC Section 512(g)(3):

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury asserting that you have a good faith belief that the removal or disabling of the material was due to a mistake or misidentification.

  5. Submit your counter notice via our Contact page. Email is strongly recommended for this purpose.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Copyright infringement is taken very seriously by us. In accordance with the repeat infringer policy mandated by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we keep a record of DMCA notices received from copyright holders and make good faith efforts to identify repeat infringers.
